5 dogs waiting to be adopted at Dogs Trust in Norfolk

Here are five dogs at Dogs Trust rehoming centre in Snetterton, Norfolk who are waiting to be adopted. 

1. Eddi

Eddi is at Dogs Trust in Snetterton (Image: Dogs Trust)One-year-old Eddi is a lively Labrador cross Dobermann.

He would benefit from some help to become more confident around other dogs as he has not had much experience with this in his previous home. 

Because of this he would be best-suited to a home with no other pets.

A representative for Dogs Trust said: “With the right guidance and environment, Eddi is bound to become a cherished member of any family lucky enough to call him their own.”

2. Spot

Spot is at Dogs Trust in Snetterton (Image: Dogs Trust)Spot is a four-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier with “a heart full of love to give.” 

There is little known about Spot's past life so she may need some house training but is a quick learner. 

She would be happy to share her home with another friendly dog and children who are primary school age or older. 

3. Major

Major is at Dogs Trust in Snetterton (Image: Dogs Trust)Major is a “lovely boy” who is currently living with a foster family but is hoping to find his forever home. 

The eight-year-old Border Collie is sociable but would be happiest in a home where he is the only dog. 

He is worried by loud noises such as traffic and would be best suited to life in a quiet area where he can take peaceful walks.

4. Chester

Chester is at Dogs Trust in Snetterton (Image: Dogs Trust)Two-year-old Chester was found as a stray and there is little known about his former life. 

The Retriever cross is looking for a home with older children and a fenced-off garden due to his bouncy nature.

Any potential adopters will need to live close to Dogs Trust in Snetterton in order to spend some time with him at the kennels before taking him to his new home.   

5. Rocco

Rocco is at Dogs Trust in Snetterton (Image: Dogs Trust)Rocco is a “sensitive soul” who has been in kennels for most of his life. 

The two-year-old Dobermann is searching for patient owners who have prior experience with rescue dogs and a quiet home environment. 

He struggles with confrontation and any potential new owners should live within traveling distance of the kennels to allow for home visits prior to adoption. 

A representative for Dogs Trust said: “He has the potential to be an amazing companion in the right home but his new family must build up a good bond with him.”
