Lovet Pet Health Care is bringing comprehensive pet care to Queen Creek with its “pawsome” grand opening ceremony on Wednesday, Feb. 26.
Lovet’s staff is looking forward to opening its doors. Starting at 5 p.m., residents can visit with the staff and veterinarians and tour the building. LovePup, a local dog rescue organization spearheaded by radio personality Johnjay Van Es, will provide pet adoptions. The festivities end with the “ribbon-chewing” ceremony.
The hospital recently rebranded from AZPetVet. The services provided by the hospital are of utmost importance for the community, said Meghan Cast, Lovet’s chief marketing officer.
She said the clinics offer complete care within a relaxed experience.
“We will offer comprehensive care,” Cast said.
“And by that, we mean both urgent care services as well as preventative. Our urgent care services include dental and surgical treatment. Another thing to really be clear about is how we think about the Lovet veterinarians. The team is composed of experienced, very compassionate veterinarians who work to lower the stress of it, making it more accessible, and ensuring a high care standard.”
Often, hospital trips and medical expenses can pile up when an animal is sick or injured. The practice offers payment plans.
“We offer financial tools to make the cost kind of easier to swallow,” Cast said.
“The cost of veterinary care is high. We have a puppy/kitten package that offers discounts to help new pet parents with some of the basic care they need to provide their puppy or kitten. We have a program called free vaccines for life that ensures that people are compliant with the essential vaccines and make them obviously much more affordable.”
The practice’s move into Queen Creek was the obvious choice for the company, as the town emerges as one of the fastest growing in the Valley. There are many challenges to operating a business or service in Queen Creek, but Lovet is prioritizing local pet owners’ concerns.
“Lovet really offered what we saw as an excellent opportunity to provide high quality, vet care for pets, and to be a service to their owners,” Cast said. “Not only do we have value bundles and really generous payment programs, but we also, at Queen Creek, are going to be offering the first exam free to clients that are new to Lovet.”
The brand is launching a new customer portal, so pet owners can easily access patients’ appointments and records.
“I sometimes think about human care, and some of my human care apps are good and some of them are terrible. You go to the website, and they make it hard to cancel anything,” Cast said. “This will make it just a heck of a lot easier to do all the things related to your pet care and your scheduling needs.”
