BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – Lizards, frogs, snakes and more are making their way into town at the Herps Bryan Exotic Reptile and Pet Show.
The show is bringing breeders, animals and supplies to one convenient spot with over 200 vendors.
Herps Exotic Reptile and Pet Shop Owner Shawn Gray said he got involved with the event because of a passion to inform the public about animals that are normally seen as scary or intimidating, and he often visits places like schools or nursing homes to educate.
He along with many other experts will be at the event to help visitors decide which animal is the best choice for them.
The event is happening this weekend, Aug. 17-18 at the Brazos County Expo Center for more information go here.
