Delilah is a 1-year-old Labrador retriever mix who came to the Humane Society of Missouri’s Macklind Avenue headquarters as a stray. She would love a family who can work with her on leash manners, but she is a total cuddle bug when she’s inside and would love a couch to curl up on.
To adopt: Call the Macklind Avenue Headquarters at 314-951-1562 or visit hsmo.org/adopt.
Phoebe is an 18-year-old quarter horse who came to Longmeadow Rescue Ranch in April 2024. In order for Phoebe to be a consistent riding horse for a future adopter, she will require front shoes. Phoebe is a sweet mare who does well in a herd. She is kind on the ground but has been known to try her handlers at times, which is why she would do best with a confident, experienced handler. Phoebe loves attention from humans and is very passionate about her treat stretches.
