Adopt A Pet: Meet Gaia

PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – Staff at the Humane Society of Broward County are seeking a new home for Gaia, a 4-year-old, 42-pound dog.

Gaia, described as sweet, well-adjusted, and potty trained, is good with other dogs and children, staff say.

She excelled at a dog water park event, where three out of eight dogs were adopted, highlighting her playful and active nature.

Gaia is particularly fond of fetch and swimming.

The shelter is seeking homes for five more dogs suitable for active lifestyles in Florida.
