After 500-Day Shelter Stint, Abused Dog Has Something To Smile About

After enduring severe abuse and spending almost 500 days in a shelter, a dog has at last discovered a permanent place to call home. However, a central Arkansas animal shelter conveyed to Ali that Neo, the dog in question, was exceptional—an angel, to be precise.

Neo, having spent a short time in a temporary home, was soon advertised by his foster mother as ready for a forever home, capturing Linda’s heart at first glance.
