The FISH Student Housing Revitalization Project continues to make way now with paving and asphalt complete throughout the apartment towers and commercial building area of 1451 N. Carson Street in downtown Carson City. All parking spots have been numbered and will be assigned to each of the 36 apartment units.
Installation of all appliances is complete and select units will now receive complete furnishings such as bed frame, mattress, dining table, couch, glassware, silverware, and cookware.
Applications are now being accepted for the December move-in date.
— 1 and 2 bedroom units
— Furnished and unfurnished (first come, first serve)
— Internet and utilities Included
— No pet deposit
— HUD vouchers accepted
— Shuttle service and private parking
— Rental Assistance and scholarships available
Open to all students in qualifying trade programs.
All eligible applicants may apply through FISH by providing proof of training program enrollment and household size.
