WHAT — JollyVibes Animal Rescue's first Winter and Art Gala. This black-tie event will feature art from local artists that work with The Pet Pawtrait Project. According to Justin Jolly, director of JollyVibes, the artists paint local shelter dogs in hopes of getting more exposure to hopefully help get them adopted in “furever homes.” When the said dog gets adopted, the owner also gets the painting along with them.
Besides featuring several pieces, the event will also have live piano music, a live paint demonstration, and a cash bar. Some of the sponsorship tier admissions include free drinks. There will also be tasty hors d'oeuvres.
A raffle auction will take place during the gala, and proceeds from the event benefit JollyVibes Animal Rescue.
