Ashe needs a warm home – stat! She began as a wary stray, and her foster mom couldn’t get near her. However, time, love, and many toys “did the trick,” according to Ahimsa Haven Animal Rescue volunteers.
She loves playing, and her jingly balls and crinkle toys make her light up with delight. She’s young but clearly has a maternal side, as her foster family reports that “she also has a stuffed animal kitten that looks just like her, that she snuggles and carries around. Her “baby,” as foster mom calls it, will be accompanying Ashe to her new home.”
Ashe is that special feline who knows how to get along with other cats and even dogs. She will need some time to settle in, so a purrson or family that is cat-savvy is a good fit. She is now so friendly that she’ll reach for your hand to pet her and even permit her foster dad to rub her belly (some cats are sensitive). If you’re looking for a sweet tuxedo cat who will delight, visit ahimsahaven.org to fill out an application, and visit “Ahimsa Haven” on Facebook to see more wonderful pets.
