Berkshire Humane
Every Wednesday at 8:30 we're joined by John Perreault, Executive Director of the Berkshire Humane Society to discuss all the happenings at their Barker Road facility, plus talk about their Pet of the Week.
This week's Pet of the Week is Machiavelli, or Machi for short! Machi is a high-octane 1-year-old Siberian husky/shepherd mix who loves to play and GO! He would make an excellent running buddy and hiking companion for his future owner as he likes nothing more than to be out and about on adventures regularly.
Machi settles nicely at home with his people once his exercise needs are met. He needs a home without children though, as he can be exuberant with how he shows affection. He would prefer to be an only fur child, but can have doggie playdates with other dogs who can keep up with his enthusiasm. Machi finds cats to be just TOO much fun to chase, so a home without them is best. He is very food motivated, and learning new things is a breeze for him since he’s also quite an intelligent guy.
