Electric ride-hailing service, BluSmart, has announced a new service for customers riding with their pets. The new service named ‘Pet Rides’ is claimed to offer reliable pet-friendly transportation. Starting today, the service is available in Delhi and Gurugram. These pet rides can be pre-booked for scheduled classic and rental trips.
Those booking a ride will see an option to travel with their pet at the bottom of the app. They can also access the service by clicking a banner on the app and schedule the ride for their desired slots.
With the new service, BluSmart is making journeys for consumers with pets seamless and accessible. Be it a vet appointment or a fun outdoor event, Pet Rides can be an easy way to take out pets. As part of the new service, BluSmart has introduced a pet-exclusive EV fleet that comes equipped to enable a safe, stress-free, and comfortable ride for passengers as well as their dogs and cats.

The company said that BluSmart rides for pet travel are cleaned after every trip and they come with foldable dog-seat hammocks for carrier space and pet comfort with optimal ventilation. Moreover, the company has ensured that all driver partners are pet lovers and understand their unique needs.
