It takes two to tango, and Bonnie and Clyde would like to prance into a new home as the dynamic duo they are. They are best buddies, a terrier and a yorkie/chi with short coats.
Volunteers at Second Chance Animal Rescue report they have never lived with other “fur siblings,” and would probably do best with adults, or a family with older children.
“They are sweet dogs who also have some “typical” chihuahua habits like being wary of strangers at first meeting, and not liking loud noises or grabby hands.”
And at age six, they are still frolicsome and active pups, and they promise not to rob any banks or steal cars!
Call the shelter at (508) 867-5525, and visit secondchanceanimals.org. The Adoption Center is located at 111 Young Road, East Brookfield. Email adoptions@secondchanceanimals.org.
Second Chance also offers a variety of vet services at a lower cost — ask about spay/neuter.
