Box of Puppies And Mama Dog Rescued After Being ‘Dumped Like Trash’ On Side of A Road

On an otherwise ordinary Tuesday in Tennessee, a man named James Allen stumbled upon an unexpected and heart-wrenching sight – a box full of puppies abandoned by the roadside. This discovery was not just a matter of chance; it was a testament to Allen’s attentiveness and kindness. Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue, recognizing the significance of his actions, lauded him as an “observant, good human.” Allen, familiar with the road where he found the puppies, mentioned that it was a route he often travels.

However, this time, his journey led him to a crucial intervention. He recounted the details of his timely discovery, emphasizing the critical condition of the puppies when he found them. “The box was sealed shut, as shown in the photo, preventing the puppies from escaping,” Allen explained. “It appeared they had just been put there, as there were no signs of waste inside the box.”

 

The discovery included five puppies and their mother, all found along Double Branch Road near Dickson. The animal rescue team took immediate action, ensuring the well-being and nourishment of the canine family.
