All hail the regal lion – and let’s find him a home! Buffy is a two-year-old orange striped tom cat currently at Pat Brody Shelter For Cats in Lunenburg. He is handsome, athletic, and very appreciative of attention. In fact, head butts (bunting) are his specialty. He has been a good roommate to his feline friends at the Shelter, but he can definitely play rough if he feels his dignity has been impugned.
Buffy’s traditional orange stripes, and forehead “M” are an expression of his genetic make-up. These cats’ coats evolved as camouflage, so they can hide in the tall grass. But Buffy would prefer to be the mighty king in your kingdom and seeks a special purr-son or fur-mily.
If Buffy is for you, visit CatsOnTheWeb.org and fill out an adoption form. Adoption hours are Tuesday and Thursday, 6-8 p.m. Saturday is open by appointment only for approved applicants, from 1-4 p.m.
