BROWNWOOD, TEXAS — Canidae announced the launch of its new All Life Stages product line, now featuring real meat as the primary ingredient. The product will also be available at a lower price point than its previous All Life Stages portfolio.
The All Life Stages formulations are ideal for families with multiple dogs of different ages, allowing pet parents to buy one bag to feed all their pups, according to Canidae.
“With more than 30% of US dog-owning households feeding two or more dogs, Canidae understands the importance of having one high-quality food that fits the nutritional and taste needs of all pets from puppy to senior and small breed to large,” said Greg Shearson, chief executive officer of Ethos Pet Brands, parent company of Canidae. “Our new and improved All Life Stages not only delivers high-quality nutrition, but it does so at a lower price, so families don’t have to sacrifice quality for value when it comes to their pet.”
The new formula features five flavors: Multi-Protein, Chicken, Lamb, a new Salmon variety, and a grain-free Chicken option. The varieties come in 4- or 5-lb bags, 24- or 27-lb bags and 40-lb bags.
According to the company, the new recipes are preferred by dogs up to four times more in taste tests compared to the previous All Life Stages formulations.
