Case Filed As Dog Shot And Injured By Resident For Causing Didturbance – Punekar News
Hadapsar, 28th November 2023: The Hadapsar police have registered a case against an individual who is alleged to have shot a pet dog, causing injuries to the animal, according to official sources.
The complainant, Priti Vikas Agrawal, complained about the accused. As per the complaint details, the incident took place on November 21 in the vicinity of Kiran Enclave Lokmangal Society in Manjari.
The accused has purportedly justified his actions by asserting that the dog had consistently caused disturbance and annoyance whenever he passed through the neighbourhood. Seeking to address what he perceived as a nuisance posed by the dog, the accused reportedly discharged a sports gun at the animal at approximately 11:00 pm on November 21, resulting in significant injuries.
