Moreton Hall Veterinary Centre, a member of Stowe Veterinary Group, was founded in 2004 with a simple promise: to provide a high-quality service for pets in Bury St Edmunds and beyond. More than 20 years later, we continue to deliver on this promise, providing exceptional care and advice to our clients across the region.
Situated two miles from the historic heart of Bury St Edmunds, Moreton Hall Veterinary Centre is purpose-built practice, proudly independent of corporate groups. Our compassionate team is committed to making decisions in the best interests of the animals under our care. We endeavour to treat each client's pets as if they were our own, always putting pets before profit.
Comprehensive facilities and services
Our fully-equipped practice includes a dedicated cat waiting area, five consultation rooms and a 24-hour dispensary. We have a suite of scanners and a diagnostic laboratory, meaning we can perform tests onsite with accurate, rapid results. Clients can also take full advantage of the services offered by our sister practice, Ipswich Veterinary Centre including a CT scanner, hydrotherapy, dog training and agility practice.
Our veterinary teams are here for your pets throughout their lifetime. Clients can access a range of nurse clinics to support the ongoing care of their animals, including weight and nutrition, dental care and advice for pets at every stage of life. Whatever query you may have, our veterinary nurses are on hand to offer helpful, judgement-free advice that is specific to the needs of your pet.
Continual reinvestment
As we strive to provide a broader range of advanced procedures for our clients, we continually invest back into our practices. Last year, we launched The Pet Eye Clinic – an ophthalmology clinic which treats the eye problems of our patients, as well as accepting referrals from other practices. Dr Francesca Capaldo, an advanced practitioner in ophthalmology, uses state-of-the-art equipment to diagnose and treat a range of ocular issues in dogs and cats.
Additionally, our on-site pet salon, The Grooming Lounge, provides a complete pet grooming service by our professionally trained and experienced dog groomers. Moreton Hall Veterinary Centre is also home to Pets Place shop, which offers a fantastic range of supplies for all your pet’s needs, including comfortable beds, stylish collars, and a wide variety of food to satisfy even the pickiest pets.
