Community steps up for Loveland animal rescue that recovered over 5 dozen dogs

JOINING US NOW WITH MORE ON THE STORY. ADAM. YEAH, MIKE AND ASHLEY I WAS THERE OVER A MONTH AGO. THEY’RE AT PAWS FOR MILES WHEN THEY TOOK IN ONE OF THEIR LARGEST RESCUES TO DATE WITH MORE THAN 60 DOGS TAKEN IN. MANY OF THEM WERE IN SYRIA IN SERIOUS NEED OF MEDICAL TREATMENT, GROOMING AND HANDFUL OF DOGS WERE PREGNANT OR EVEN RECENTLY HAVING PUPPIES, WHICH IS WHY THE NONPROFIT IS STILL IN NEED OF MORE HELP. THIS AFTERNOON, HVAC DISTRIBUTOR JOHN STONE SUPPLY PRESENTED A LARGE DONATION TO THE ANIMAL RESCUE. THE COMPANY MATCHED FIVE TIMES THE CONTRIBUTIONS MADE BY THEIR EMPLOYEES DURING A FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN FOR PAWS FOR MILES. THIS MONEY WILL CONTINUE TO HELP THE DOGS ON THE PROPERTY AND ALSO THOSE IN FOSTER HOMES WITH CONTINUED MEDICAL TREATMENTS, FOOD, CARE AND MUCH MORE. IT’S PEOPLE LIKE LIKE JENNIFER AND HER TEAM HERE THAT THAT, UH, MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN OUR COMMUNITY. AND THAT’S SOMETHING OUR COMPANY REALLY, REALLY WANTS TO GET BEHIND. SO WHEN WE SAW AN OPPORTUNITY TO DO THAT, UM, WE LEANED ALL THE WAY IN AND IT’S GOING TO ALLOW US TO HELP MORE DOGS AND MEDICALLY TAKE CARE OF MORE DOGS. It has been more than one month since a Loveland animal rescue took in more than five dozen dogs from a breeding operation.Now, the community continues to step up to help support the medical, food and care costs, while these pets want to find their forever home.Paws for Miles took in their largest rescue ever, with more than 60 dogs taken in. Many of the dogs were pregnant or recently had puppies, and many others need medical care.On Friday afternoon, HVAC distributor Johnstone Supply presented a large donation to the animal rescue.The company matched five times the contributions made by their employees during a fundraising campaign for Paws for Miles.The money will continue to help the dogs on the property and also those in foster homes with continued medical treatments, food, care and more.Paws for Miles remains in need of continued donations and foster homes.
