Community steps up for Loveland animal rescue that recovered over 5 dozen dogs
It has been more than one month since a Loveland animal rescue took in more than five dozen dogs from a breeding operation.Now, the community continues to step up to help support the medical, food and care costs, while these pets want to find their forever home.Paws for Miles took in their largest rescue ever, with more than 60 dogs taken in. Many of the dogs were pregnant or recently had puppies, and many others need medical care.On Friday afternoon, HVAC distributor Johnstone Supply presented a large donation to the animal rescue.The company matched five times the contributions made by their employees during a fundraising campaign for Paws for Miles.The money will continue to help the dogs on the property and also those in foster homes with continued medical treatments, food, care and more.Paws for Miles remains in need of continued donations and foster homes.
