Crocs releases first dog shoes for furry friends, KNEWS

Crocs, known for its colorful and comfortable footwear, is now catering to a new demographic—dogs.

According to a report on People, on Wednesday, Oct. 9, the company announced the launch of Pet Crocs, a version of its classic clog designed specifically for dogs. This new venture is a collaboration with BARK, the dog toy and pet product company, which played a key role in designing the dog shoes.

The idea for Pet Crocs stemmed from years of fan requests and photos sent to Crocs, showing dogs wearing human-sized Crocs. Pet Crocs will officially hit the market on Oct. 23, coinciding with Croc Day, and will be available for purchase on Crocs.com.

Like the human version, Pet Crocs are made for durability and comfort, featuring the brand’s signature holes for Jibbitz charms and the Crocs logo. They come in three sizes—small, medium, and large—suitable for dogs weighing up to 80 pounds.

In addition to Pet Crocs, dog owners can also purchase matching Classic Lined Clogs for themselves, available in two new glow-in-the-dark colors: Green Slime and Pink Dragon Fruit. The matching sets, launching just ahead of Halloween, offer a fun way for dogs and their owners to step out in style together.

Both Pet Crocs and their human counterparts will be available for purchase on Crocs.com starting Oct. 23.
