Dad Pointed His Camera At The Door Knowing His Dog Was In For A “Reunion Of A Lifetime”

Reunions between pets and their family members are usually filled with joyous tears and embrace. Dogs who have seen their military parents or relatives after a long absence are some of the most tear-jerking and joyful videos on the internet.

Just ask Oshie, the Golden Retriever, who missed his soldier mom so much that he couldn't contain his feelings on reunion day.

Oshie's mother had been in Norway on a training mission. When she returned home to her family, Oshie waited patiently for her arrival.  The pooch's father filmed the reunion and asked Oshie, “Who's home?”

The dog peeks around the corner and stands by the entrance before it becomes a party!

He can't control his emotions, wagging, leaping at his mother, and even rolling over for tummy scratches. Oshie's mom is ecstatic and knees her legs closer to the dog for a better view. At one stage, notice Oshie brings his mother a blanket, perhaps to say “never leave me again!”
