Zanesville, OH– This week’s dog of the week is Shae!
Shae is an adorable dog, who loves being active just as much as snuggling next to you. She is 12 years old and is housebroke, ready for a new home. Shai has a very good reputation at the adoption center for keeping a very clean kennel. As well as being very good with other pets but can play hard with smaller animals.
“I’m sure she loves kids, seems to love everybody. Enjoys car rides, treats, and walks very well on a leash. Probably very good with an active family and older kids. I think, we feel like she has a lot to go, a lot of life left in her. So, she’d be a perfect dog for just about anybody,” said Doug Mcquaid K-9 adoption center volunteer.
Shae came to the adoption center last month after her owner sadly passed away. Regardless she shares her positive and loving mood nature with everyone she meets.
“I think what she did, was when she was with her owner. As you can tell she probably was active with her. You can tell she likes treats. She looks like a dog that sat by the chair a lot. Partook in treats and so forth. So that’s something neat about her too,” said McQuaid.
