Drivers are rushing to buy £8 Amazon product to keep your car spotless with dogs in the back

A NIFTY contraption will make looking after your dog easier and keep your car cleaner.

One dog owner and motorist has revealed a hack she says is perfect for long car rides.

The device, which she calls ‘Happy Tails', is a four-in-one dog tool that will help you on your next road trip.

Plus, it's a hit on Amazon with half of reviewers giving the device a five-star rating.

Instead of having to let your dog out of the car, you can water and feed them inside the car.

That'll keep your road trip on time and keep dog warm during the frosty winter.

One of the uses of the cylindrical device is that it can store a small amount of biscuits and water.

It can also release the water into a small bowl attached to one end for the dog to drink from.

It also has a scooper attached to the side and holds bags in the cylinder so you can tidy up after your dog.

The multifunctional pet water bottle sells for £8.49 on Amazon.

“Much bigger than I thought it would be but happy,” said one poster.

Another said: “Does what I need it to do even though I don't think I will be requiring the little scoop.”

A third said: “Great product I recommend.”

Meanwhile, drivers have also discovered a basic household item that gets their pooch's hair out of the car and it only costs £2.

Expert Sam Sheehan advised motorists to use a pumice stone to scrape the hair up.

Or, to stop dog hair from getting on the car in the first place, you could get a boot cover.

One from Happy Pet Petgear sells for around £50 and it can be cleaned in the washing machine.

Land Rover has also brought out boot packs for dog-loving customers.

The pack includes an access ramp, a foldable pet carrier, and a luggage partition so you can still get your suitcases stored away.
