Meet 2-year-old tripod kitty Mirabelle! From Mirabelle’s perspective, life is all about embracing each moment with joy and gratitude.
With only three legs, she may move a little differently than other cats, but that doesn’t slow her down one bit. With her boundless energy and playful spirit she’s always ready for adventure and eager to explore her surroundings. Mirabelle is also incredibly affectionate and loves nothing more than snuggling up with her favorite humans. Meet her at our Dublin Adoption Center! The East Bay SPCA offers walk-in adoptions at its Oakland and Dublin campuses from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. For updated and real-time information on programs and offerings, visit eastbayspca.org/adoptions.

Big, sweet Ingrid recently arrived at FAAS as a stray — very sad and scared. With yummy treats, love and a little time, the 2-year-old Cane Corso has made a heartwarming transformation. She’s still a little shy at first, but can be quite silly and chases toys and balls with gusto. Because of her size and ability to leap tall buildings in a single bound, we recommend families with teens or older. To meet this pet at Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter, call 510-337-8565 or visit alamedaanimalshelter.org/adopt.
