Samantha radiates pure joy. She’s a smiler who seems to revel in life despite living in a shelter. If she were a person, she’d be someone who naturally sees the glass as half full. Cookie is a 9-year-old Chihuahua mix. He’s a darling little old man who loves walks almost as much as he likes riding in the car. Cookie gets along great with the cats and dogs in his foster home.
