I’m Sully! Looking for a furry friend to be your best companion? Well, look no fur-ther! I’m an older male canine who can’t wait to spend my days exploring the parks and neighborhoods with you, and maybe make some new friends along the way! Also excited to relax indoors while we cozy up and catch up on the latest Netflix! Add in a few belly rubs, and we’ll be all set! Visit the website of the Berkeley-East Bay Humane Society at berkeleyhumane.org to learn more and schedule a meeting with me.

Meet Estela, the charismatic, almost 2-year-old Australian Shepherd who thrives in serene settings with tasty treats.
Expect a lasting friendship to blossom over time. While her invigorating playfulness may be too much for cats and small animals, Estela is the perfect loyal and easygoing companion. Visit her at East Bay SPCA’s Dublin Adoption Center, with walk-in adoptions at the Oakland and Dublin campuses from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. For updated and real-time information on EBSPCA programs and offerings, visit eastbayspca.org/adoptions.— EBSPCA
Lion King is no cookie-cutter dog! His front half has the dog version of a lion mane — quite shaggy and extending to his long-haired shoulders. His wilder trestles in front contrast adorably with the short hair on his latter half. This 3-year-old terrier mix is a little dominant and sassy, but also sweet! He’s a fun guy who could live with another small dog if they’re a good match. To meet Lion King, call Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter at 510-337-8565 or visit alamedaanimalshelter.org/adopt.

We call this beautiful young lady Philly. She’s only a year old and has already had a litter of kittens. She clearly had been dumped and even though she was fearful of her surroundings, was doing a great job of taking care of her 2-week-old babies. Our foster scooped them up and did a really good job of showing them life in a home with dogs, cats and kids. Calm and sweet she’d make a great addition to a family. For more information about this or any other adoptable pets with the Contra Costa SPCA, call Pat at 925-323-0667.
