Corncob

Corncob loves to play and explore his surroundings. He has a great time in the play yard at Metro Animal Care and Control, playing with all the toys and making some great friends with his fellow shelter dogs. Corncob is great on a leash, rarely pulling and keeping a nice steady pace. He is very friendly and would fit in great with a loving family. Corncob is about four years old and weighs 72 pounds. Clam Shell

Clam Shell is a big hit at the shelter, making lots of friends on her outings. This weekend she was a part of a doggie yoga class MACC hosted and had a great time getting to know all the yogis in attendance. Clam Shell rides great in the car and stays calm throughout the ride. She shows her soft side by rubbing up against those she likes best, and offering kisses to her favorites. Clam Shell is about eight years old and weighs 46 pounds. Email adopt.macc@nashville.gov

Simone

Simone got to explore her city this weekend, joining shelter staff and volunteers at the farmers market where she was a big hit. The car ride was a breeze for her and she loved how everyone wanted to give her pets. Simone is friendly with people and other dogs and has shown that she is very interested in learning new skills. Tammy

Tammy is a girl who lives for long walks. She is great on a leash and will always let you know when it is time to take a little break so she can offer some kisses. Once her walk is over, Tammy is ready to get some rest and hold down the couch. She is about three years old and 55 pounds. Email adopt.macc@nashville.gov

Harold

Harold is an adorable pint-sized senior dog with a heart of gold! A walk with Harold is unique because he likes to take the leash in his mouth and lead the way. Playful and content, he is now ready to embrace his well-deserved retirement and find his forever home. Harold is about ten years old and weighs 46 pounds. Email adopt.macc@nashville.gov
