Scheloske, vice president of sales for Agresti Real Estate, declined to name the potential buyer but said they are local. It was sold in November 2018 to MCB Erie Properties LLC for $120,000 and in December 2018 to Linvale Partners LLC for $150,000, according to Erie County property records.</p><aside aria-label="advertisement" class="gnt_m gnt_x gnt_x__lbl gnt_x__al"/><p class="gnt_ar_b_p">Scheloske said the current seller is Linvale Partners, an out-of-state investor. While a sale is pending, he said it is still in the beginning stages.</p><p class="gnt_ar_b_p">He said the property was on the market for about a year starting in 2021. It was listed again in October, with an asking price of $149,000, which has been lowered to $125,000, Scheloske said.</p><aside class="gnt_em gnt_em_anc" id="gnt_atomsnc" data-g-r="lazy" data-gl-method="loadAnc" aria-label="Newsletter signup form"/><h2 class="gnt_ar_b_h2">Where is Glenwood Pet Hospital now?</h2><p class="gnt_ar_b_p">Glenwood Pet Hospital held a grand opening in spring 2017 at its new location at 2223 W. 38th St., Millcreek Township.
