Hemi is a seven-year-old cat who was brought in with his friend Dodge. As you might have guessed, these two were living in a truck before they came to us, and they’re glad their days on the open road are over. Dodge was adopted, and we’re hoping Hemi will make his way to his forever home soon.
You may spot Hemi in a cozy spot up high, watching birds, or keeping an eye on the community cats who roam the shelter property. This shy cat is very sweet once he gets to know you and would probably enjoy a home on the calmer side, possibly without younger, more active kids and animals.
His adoption fee is sponsored by Deborah Metzger!
Blu is a sweet and active dog is a little more than a year old, and came to us after his owner was no longer able to care for him. While Blu is new to us, he’s already a big hit with our dog team and volunteers thanks to his sweet and loving personality. Blu also gets along with other dogs and is really enjoying his yard time!
Blu is still learning leash manners, although he does know “sit” and is working on other basic commands. We also hear that he could be a bit of an escape artist in his own home, and definitely needs a well-fenced yard. Come meet Blu today!
Blu’s adoption fee is $100.
