FRANKLINVILLE, NJ – In a display of community service and dedication, the Franklinville Volunteer Fire Company (FVFC) and Franklin Township Police Department collaborated to rescue a local pet in distress. A dog named Daisy found herself entrapped in a tire rim at her home, and initial rescue attempts using soap and water proved futile.
The successful extraction of Daisy was made possible by Lt. Brandon Volpe of the FVFC, who utilized his personal plasma cutter with support from first responders.
Remarkably, Daisy emerged from the ordeal without injuries and is reported to be in good health. The FVFC expressed its gratitude towards everyone involved in the rescue, reaffirming its commitment to providing exceptional service to the community in times of need.
