MOSCOW – The Humane Society of the Palouse Pet Food & Supply Pantry is a community resource that ensures all Latah County pets can go to sleep with full bellies, regardless of any financial hardship their owners may be facing, Right now, HSoP reports that the pantry is almost completely out of dry food for both cats and dogs.
If you are in a position to donate, they would greatly appreciate contributions to the pantry. They can accept any food brand, as long as the expiration date is visible. Open bags and containers are also welcome. If your pets tried a food they didn't approve of, this is a great way to ensure the reminder still goes to a local pet in need.
Donations of unscented paper bedding for Sunday, the adoptable bunny in our care, would also be greatly appreciated.
Donations can be mailed or delivered to The Humane Society of the Palouse, located at 2019 E White Ave Moscow, ID 83843. Shelter hours are 1:00-6:00 p.m. and there is a large bin by the front door for after-hours donations.
