THE divorce between US actors Shantel VanSanten, 38 and Victor Webster, 51, has given the gossips in Hollywood… paws… for thought.
The pair are currently locked in tough negotiations about post separation living arrangements for their pets, where 7k late fees are being enforced.
According to court documents, Webster will have main custody of their dog Nova, but when VanSanten takes the dog for vacation periods, she could be charged 7K in late fees.
The couple's cats, Finnegan and Phillippa, will be looked after by Victor’s brother, Vince.
They also reached an agreement for their finances, including the sale of their Los Angeles home.
Former One Tree Hill star, VanSanten, will pay 25K to equalize the split and neither will receive spousal support.
The former lovebirds who met on the set of the Hallmark Channel movie Love Blossoms in 2017, before getting engaged in early 2021.
At the time Shantel opened up about Victor's romantic proposal during a mountain hike.
She said: “We hiked 2000ft to the top of the mountain where @iamvictorwebster told me he loved me for the first time years ago! What happened next still has me in shock … He told me he wanted to spend forever with me, as he got down on one knee and asked if I would marry him!!”
VanSanten and Webster tied the knot that August in the first of three ceremonies.

They wed for a second time in Napa, California, that October, and exchanged vows again in her Minnesota hometown.
A former teen model, Shantel is best known for portraying Quinn James on seasons seven through nine of One Tree Hill from 2009 to 2012.
She has also starred on television series including Shooter, The Boys, The Flash and For All Mankind and films including The Final Destination, You And I, Remembrance, and most recently American Murderer.
Indeed Victor has nearly 90 credits to his name including TV series Workin' Moms and films The Scorpion King 4: Quest For Power, Surrogate, and Bringing Down The House.
