Devastated pet owners have claimed a dog sitter set a customer's house on fire, lost their animals and even wore their clothes.
Jessica Fletcher, who runs Fetch with Fletch, claims to be an experienced dog trainer and walker based in Havant, Hampshire.
But several dog owners have made horrifying claims against the businesswoman – with one claiming their mother's dog was found dead after escaping onto a main road while on a walk with Ms Fletcher.
The pet owners took to social media to share their complaints and warn future customers against using the trainer, who they claim refused to acknowledge their texts and calls.
Customer Ollie Byrne claimed the woman started a house fire with his dog inside, sharing shocking footage of his charred carpets.
He wrote on Facebook: ‘Avoid this woman at all costs I'm telling you now.
‘She nearly burnt my house down with my dog inside and all my things, was lucky I got back from work when I did otherwise would have had nothing left no dog nothing.'

Mr Byrne posted horrifying footage of the damage done to his carpets and floorboards
Footage posted by Mr Byrne shows a huge burnt hole in his carpet and ashy floorboards.
‘I've got damaged carpets and floor boards and she won't even own up to what she done and pulling every excuse under the sun to get it resolved absolutely full of s*** this woman,' he said.
‘I've had neighbours complaining about her attitude towards them. Call herself a dog walker she needs to give up now.'
Meanwhile, one heartbroken Facebook user claimed their mother's dog ended up dead after being in the care of Ms Fletcher, after she was let loose on a nighttime walk and ran off.
The small dog, named Dixie, was allegedly seen running up and down the A3 before her body was found 24 hours later.
A friend of Dixie's distraught owners wrote: ‘I have just spent the saddest of evenings with the distraught owners of Dixie.
‘They trusted Jess Fletcher to walk their dog and she neglected to cater for her needs.

A woman outlined the accusations against the dog sitter in a post on Facebook
‘Dixie was found passed away 24 hours after going missing. Jess Fletcher did not search for her, cut the owners off when they called her and showed no remorse or compassion.
‘Dixie was hit by a car and passed away soon after despite the community coming out in force to find her. Her family are devastated.'
The friend claimed the heartbroken owners spent the night sleeping with the dead body of their dog as they could not bear to part with her.
Another concerned customer claimed the businesswoman bizarrely wore her clothes while dog sitting, while one person claimed Ms Fletcher changed the furniture around without permission.
The dog sitter's website, which has now been disabled, advertised Ms Fletcher as ‘an experienced bull breed passionate doggy lover. With over 15 years experience'.
The description added: ‘I currently offer mainly 1:1 walks with larger breeds. Due to complete my dog trainer certificate.'
MailOnline has contacted Fetch with Fletch for comment.
