German Shepherds are courageous, confident, smart, and protective. Jo is all of these. She is nine years old but still playful, energetic, and extremely strong. Jo is fond of walks but prefers a gentle leader rather than a traditional leash. Jo would do best with someone that has German Shepherd breed experience that will help her open up and shower you and your family with her sweet nature and love. Jo is truly a people loving dog and will need to be the only animal in the household. Jo was brought to Pet Refuge from another shelter and is ready for a home of her own.
