Kida

Gender: Female

Age: 15 Years

Weight: 7 pounds

Species: Cat

Breed: Siamese/Mix – Flame Point

Orphaned Since:  Nov. 2, 2022

Adoption Fee: $50

Meet Kida, our longest feline resident. Kida is a sweet senior soul looking for someone to curl up next to while you're reading a good book or watching a movie. She is calm and demure by nature, and certainly won't be knocking things off your counters and bookcases. Mostly she wants a soulmate who is looking for a calm companion to share in life's quiet beauty: morning coffee in the kitchen, afternoons following you around the house, evening sunsets casting light through the window. Kida deserves a nice, peaceful place to live out her golden years, are you one to give it to her? She will reward you with little kisses, gentle purrs and unending devotion. Kida has a little health issue of constipation (don't we all some days?) that is easily solved by an inexpensive over-the-counter product that can be added to her food. If you’d like to make Kida you’re faithful friend, stop by Linda’s Lovelies Cattery at SPCA Florida.

Jake

Gender: Male

Age:  3 Years

Weight:  14 pounds

Species: Cat

Breed: Domestic Shorthair – Buff

Orphaned Since: Feb. 10

Adoption Fee:  $50

Meet Jake, a 14-pound gentle giant looking for his forever home. Jake, the couch potato extraordinaire, is a feline with a heart as big as his fluffy paws. Nestled within the cozy confines of Linda’s Lovelies Cattery at SPCA Florida, Jake awaits the day when he can find his perfect match — a human companion who appreciates the art of leisurely lounging and endless cuddles. Jake is comfortable with other cats who are low energy and non-aggressive like himself, so his ideal cat friend might be one who appreciates the art of doing nothing together. As for dogs, he’s highly frightened and won't have any of those in his new home. Jake is shy, affectionate and can be playful. If you’d like to meet this big cuddly loverboy, stop by SPCA Florida and ask to meet Jake.

Snoopy

Gender: Male

Age:  1 Year

Weight: 42 pounds

Species: Dog

Breed: German Shepherd/Mix – Brown/Black

Orphaned Since: Jan. 18

Adoption Fee: $250

He’s not your average Snoopy. This Snoopy is an energetic young adult, male, German Shepherd mix. His perfect home is one where he can be the center of attention and doesn't have to share his people with anyone else, especially small critters. He may consider a similar sized doggie friend, they just need to meet first. Snoopy is a doggie date favorite and can be spotted around town walking Lake Mirror, shopping at Pet Supermarket, and even getting pupcups from Andrew’s Coffee. Snoopy still needs training and an experienced pet owner to match his energy. He’s smart, treat motivated and ready to learn. Come meet Snoopy for yourself at SPCA Florida.

Angie

Gender: Female

Age: 3 months

Weight: 12 pounds

Species: Dog

Breed: Labrador Retriever/Mix – White/Brown

Orphaned Since:  March 20

Adoption Fee:  $350

Angie is an adorable, cuddly 3-month-old Labrador Retriever mix. This little gal sports a white coat adorned with beautiful brown patches. Her playful sweetness and bright, innocent eyes will tug at your heartstrings the minute you see her. She’ll need lots of training to teach her how to grow into the loyal companion and best friend that labs are known for. Stop in SPCA Florida to meet Angie.
