Lionfish
Lionfish, this week’s Chautauqua County Humane Society Pet of the Week, is always up for a game of chasing the laser dot and loves to explore new nooks and crannies. Despite his spicy personality, Lionfish is very friendly and loves meeting new people. He will fill your life with joy and laughter. Lionfish wants a forever home where he can share his love and playful antics. Lionfish is one of the Chautauqua County Humane Society’s Ocean Kitties, a group of cats who were found in a home with more than 20 other feline companions. After their challenging start, these cats are seeking patient and understanding adopters who can provide them with a calm and stable environment. Shy at first, the Ocean Kitties would benefit from having another cat in their new home to help them feel more comfortable. With time and a gentle approach, these cats are sure to show you their full personality. All animals that are adopted out of CCHS have been spayed or neutered, are up to date for vaccinations, and have a microchip. CCHS is located at 2825 Strunk Road in Jamestown, open 1 to 5:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday. See all available animals at chqhumane.org.
