FARGO — Sasha is one of the best-behaved kitties we’ve ever met in all 8 years of Pet Connections, and that’s really saying something, given her extremely tough start in life.
Sasha came in to Far North Feline Rescue as a very small adult cat, under 7 pounds, with two kittens she’d recently given birth to, and shelters think she may have lost others.
She also had a terrible neck wound which rescue workers think she got from a tomcat.
Sasha had been living in an outdoors environment with not a lot of care, inconsistent food, and a lot of un-spayed and un-neutered other kitties.
Barletlt says she would probably do okay in a house with one or two other cats, but would not thrive in a large group, given what she’d had to deal with before in her previous life.
Now that she’s healthy and in a safe place, she’s ready to find the right person to give her all the cuddles she couldn’t get before.
