WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The K9 Resorts dog facility held its grand opening and public tour on Saturday.
It’s a business that offers state-of-the-art amenities. Pet owners touring the build say it’s the Ritz-Carlton of dog hotels.
The dog hotel includes premium Kuranda bedding, dog-friendly turf play areas, and splash pads, with optional add-ons such as gourmet treats, doggie ice cream, and Evian bottled water.
They also prioritize the health of their furry guests by offering microban flooring, a hospital-grade air purification system, and UV air filtration.
They have spa-like services and products that they imported from France to give your dog a long-lasting fragrance.
The layout consists of several boarding rooms like the Luxury Suite, Executive Room, and Traditional Cage Boarding Room.
The physical aesthetics that caught the eye of those touring today included the chandeliers, boarding rooms with televisions and a nice smell throughout the building.
The K9 Resorts is located at 5302 Oleander Drive and will accept guests on Monday, December 23.
