Marble and Dorie at Broken Tail Rescue – Sentinel and Enterprise

June continues to bust out all over and with the sun in the astrological sign of Gemini ruling the twins, we are focusing on blonded “pets of the week.” Broken Tail Rescue has rescued a darling pair of cats, one of whom is special needs.

Marble is an 8-month-old Tortie and volunteers report she “loves back scratches. When she’s really enjoying them, she’ll cover her face with her paw, which is pretty cute to see.” Marble’s superpower is that she walks with a wobble, because of cerebellar hypoplasia. This neurological condition requires no treatment.

Marble’s sibling Dorie, a black cat, is outgoing, playful and friendly and seeks out human adventure. Their “shy/brave combo works well together.”
