Meet Oz and Charlie and Smudge – Our pets of the week

Oz

Oz is a friendly boy who is looking for a new home to play in. He has just turned one and is a sizeable lad who can be quite strong on the lead. Once he finds his new home he will need to continue loose lead training as well as some focus work when he is around other dogs as he just wants to say hello! He would be looking for a decent-sized secure garden he can run around in as well as act as somewhere quiet to train in.

In the past, Oz has been happy being left alone for up to a period of 4 hours and travels well in the car but he would prefer to be the only pet in the home and cannot live with cats. So if you are looking for a loveable large companion and keen to do some training, get in touch!

Charlie and Smudge

Charlie is a 7 year old male and Smudge is a 4 year old female, they are father and daughter who are very bonded. They are friendly cats who are used to living with a small dog. They are used to children and could live with children who understand that they may need some quiet time. Charlie is a bit shy initially but soon warms to you. We would love to hear from you if you would like to meet this friendly pair.

Catios Have you considered getting a cat but are worried about them getting lost or injured on roads? Have you ever heard of a Catio? They provide an outdoor space, normally attached to your house, so that your cat can have safe outdoor time. They can be as simple or elaborate as your budget allows. Just Google ‘Catio’ for more information. Or check out our partner ProtectaPet at www.protectapet.com for cat fence barriers, enclosures and Catios. Use the promo code OAKTREE for a discount for you and a donation to Oak Tree.
