PITTSFORD, Vt. (WCAX) – This week’s Pets with Potential are two dogs and a cat waiting at the Rutland County Humane Society for their forever homes.
Reese is a 2-year-old hound mix currently in foster care. Staff members describe her as an incredibly active and energetic gal who loves an adventure. She will thrive in an active and social environment that can match her high energy levels. Her history with cats, other dogs, and kids is unknown. If you’re looking for an enthusiastic companion, Reese could be the furry friend for you.
Next is Tinkerbell. Though she only has three legs, she still has a zest for life and even gets the zoomies sometimes. Staffers say she has been through a lot in her life and is ready to settle down and relax in her forever home. Her history with dogs, other cats, and kids is unknown. Tinkerbell is a couch potato who loves to be around people who will give her the attention she deserves.
Finally, meet Oliver. He’s a 4-year-old basset hound mix who staffers say is full of charm. They say he’s a happy and easygoing dog who’s always wagging his tail. He’s still a hound deep down, so a little stubborn, but he loves adventures and meeting new people.
