ALVATON, Ky. (WBKO) – After asking for the community’s help, a family in Alvaton says their missing pet, a 2,000 lb. shaggy red steer named Boston, has been found.
Boston and his pasture partner, Hazel went missing from their home on W G Talley Road in Alvaton on Feb. 24. While Hazel returned the next day, while Boston was still nowhere to be found.
“They just kind of roam people’s yards and so, normally someone calls pretty quickly but something happened where they got separated,” said Boston’s owner, Brandi Fuller.
Fuller shared that Boston has been in here care since he was rejected by his mother as a calf. Four years later, she says that he’s essentially a 1-ton lap dog.
Fuller told WBKO he was found not close by, and they are currently working on bringing him home.
