HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. (Gray News) – More than 100 pets have been rescued from Milton flooding in one Florida county.
The Hillsborough County Fire Rescue said its teams have rescued 104 pets “ensuring that no one – human or animal – is left behind.”
“This dog’s eyes say it all as he looks at Cpt. Dusty Mascaro from our HCFR TSAR team after being brought to safety,” the fire rescue wrote on Facebook.
Hillsborough County Fire Rescue said it is grateful for the opportunity to serve and protect the community.
