A new pet hospital is opening up in Fairfax City.
Bond Vet, a full-service veterinary clinic for dogs and cats, is opening later this month at 9428 Fairfax Blvd, across from the Giant supermarket under the Scout on the Circle apartments. There is no definitive opening date yet, but a spokesperson told FFXnow it plans to open “within the month.”
“We’re thrilled to join the vibrant Fairfax community! At the core of our mission lies our unwavering dedication to providing exceptional care for your pets,” Bond Vet Regional Manager of Operations Kasey Bullington said in a press release. “With our state-of-the-art facility, we ensure your furry friends receive the highest quality medical attention, complemented by personalized service tailored to every visit. Count on us to be accessible and compassionate, delivering outstanding, individualized care with every visit.”
This will be the sixth location in the D.C. metropolitan area for Bond Vet, which has 55 locations across the U.S. in major cities like Boston, New York, and Chicago. It will join existing clinics in Arlington, Alexandria, Bethesda, and two in D.C. proper.
The clinic will offer services such as wellness exams, vaccines, spay/neuters, surgeries, dental cleanings, and travel health certificates.
When it opens, Bond Vet will face some local competition from three other nearby clinics, including Town & Country Animal Hospital, Fairfax Veterinary Hospital and Pet Lovers Animal Hospital.
