Ohio Paws with Purpose held a pet food distribution in conjunction with a produce distribution July 21 at the Fairport Harbor Senior Center, according to a news release.
Approximately 1,000 pounds of dog and cat food was distributed to local dog and cat families. Each bag included 8 to 10 pounds of dry food, three cans of pet food, and treats. Ohio Paws will also be holding distributions at the Fairport Senior Center on Aug. 26 and Oct. 28 from 10 a.m. to noon in the back parking lot of the center, located at 1380 East St.
The pet food distribution is open to everyone, no prior registration or identification is required.
