Joy to the world, and to you, as the Yule season approaches. Joy the cat, however, needs a purr-son or fur-mily to bring her home for the holidays. This black and white tuxedo cat is currently at the Pat Brody Shelter for Cats, and gets along wonderfully with other felines. Just a year old, she is “all about games and toys,” according to Shelter volunteers. She loves wand toys, bell balls, catnip-stuffed felt mice and fish, items that roll, bobble, or move make her very happy.
If you’re looking for a young cat with plenty of enthusiasm, Joy fits the bill. She wouldn’t be a great fit with little children, as she can nip when over-stimulated, but she is a charmer, with excellent grooming habits. Tuxedo cats are known for their smarts and we have yet to meet someone with a tuxedo cat who doesn’t report how fun and funny these kitties are. Visit catsontheweb.org; or call 978-582-6116.
