San Pedro Mayor Art Mercado joined the recent celebration of Pet’s Day by showing off his own furry, scaly, and shell-covered friends.
In a Facebook post, Mercado shared a photo of his dogs Khabib and Mahlah.
He also introduced his family’s tortoises Ben and Sienna, and their bearded dragon Daisy.
He urged people to take care of their pets, and also invited them to share their photos.
He wants to see your pet!
“Hahabol lang ako ngayon sa pag-greet ng Happy Pet’s Day!
Meet our dogs: Khabib and Mahlah, our tortoises: Ben & Sienna, at bearded dragon na si Daisy. Sila ang pet members ng aming family. Alagaan at mahalin po natin ang ating mga pets.
Patingin naman ako ng pets niyo. Hehe,” Mercado posted.
