She's a snack all right.
FARGO — Fajitas might start off a little cooler than her namesake dish, but once you give her a minute to warm up, she can serve all the cuddles you want.
She came to Pet Connection by way of Homeward Animal Shelter, who got her from the pound, according to Homeward’s Heather Klefstad.
They think she’s about a year old, and she has a sweet disposition that starts off shy.
Fajitas needs a minute or so to orient herself before she’s ready for affection, so like with many cats, it’s best to let her get used to her surroundings and come to you or her own terms.
New places can be pretty intimidating for cats, but once she decides you’re for her, you can expect a lot of affection and a lot of kneading of her paws.
Fajitas gets along well with most people, and she likes other cats and even dogs.
She’d probably be at her best in a fairly quiet home, where she can exercise her independent but still cuddly nature.
If you think Fajitas is as much of a snack as we do, check out her profile, below — and don’t forget to get all the details about Homeward’s annual Spay-ghetti and No Balls fundraiser next month.
