LANSING, Mich.
(WLNS) — Meet Boo Berry.
She’s a two-year-old cattle dog/bulldog mix.
She’s vaccinated, spayed and microchipped and waiting for her forever family at the Ingham County Animal Control and Shelter, 600 Buhl St.
in Mason.

Boo Berry has had quite a journey to the area.
Officials at the shelter say she came from another shelter.
Her journey began in a shelter in the south, where she was a mother with puppies.

She loves people, but officials say she’ll need a home with a family that understands a dog with “big feelings.” She’s probably going to do best as the only dog in a home, as she is not a fan of other dogs in her personal space.
She’s OK with dogs that keep their distance.

She’s smart and food motivated.
That’s going to mean lots of hiking, walks and exploration as well as games to keep her mentally challenged.

Inquiries about her  can be done through the website, ac.ingham.org; or calling 517-676-8370. Ingham County Animal Control and Shelter is located at 600 Buhl St, Mason MI.
