Carmie is very friendly 2-year-old cat. Carmie is a quiet girl. She gets along well with other cats and we are told has been around dogs. She loves people and getting great ear rubs and chin scratches. She recently came to the Humane Society and she is slowly starting to settle in but a home of her own would be ideal. You can visit meet Carmie at the Humane Society of Decatur and Macon County, 3373 N. Woodford St. in Decatur. Public hours are 12-4 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday.
