COLUMBIA SC (WOLO) – If you are a viewer of On Patrol Live, you may have seen the super cute little pupper that members of the Richland County Sheriff’s Department rescued and brought to Columbia Animal Services for medical attention and adoption.
The citizen called Richland County police who happened to be filming On Patrol Live at the time. Sheila was safely removed from the scene and brought to our shelter. Shelia’s injuries were evaluated and it was determined she needed surgery on her back leg/hip. Sheila had surgery Monday, and as of Tuesday morning, she was expected to have a full recovery.
